Road Safety - Michelin & FIA Partnership

Michelin a Committed World Leader in Road Safety.

FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) Michelin 10 Golden Rules Partnership

For the Michelin Group, road safety is a sustainable mobility challenge and an ever-present concern for road users all around the world.

Tyres play a key role in road safety and by conducting Motorsports activity we are able to bring you cutting edge of innovation in tyre technology.  The technology developed through motorsport can be found in Michelin’s road tyres, transferring all our experience from racetracks around the world to the streets near you.

Michelin and the FIA went into partnership in 2011 to launch the international Golden Rules campaign as part of the FIA Action for Road Safety. This campaign illustrates the special relationship between driver and vehicle: a combination of pleasure and responsible behavior. It outlines the key safety rules that everyone should be aware of.
