At Michelin Australia Training Centre (MATC)

Training plays a vital role in the success of Michelin Australia and its business partners. Its importance takes the form of continuous upgrading of competence and an effective source of motivation. The MATC provides comprehensive training in many areas including Sales, Marketing, Technical and Customer Service.

Based in Port Melbourne, the MATC has up-to-date facilities and fully fitted lecture rooms. The facilities are equipped with the latest balancing, fitting and alignment equipment (from Eagle SMF brand) for technical training in a wide range of tyres and services. These facilities combined with experienced instructors ensure a high standard and consistency of training.

In addition, customised training programs are offered to selected dealers and business partners to improve their commercial, technical skills and customer service skills.
