You will be serviced by the best tyre professionals nationwide minimising your downtime and ensuring that you can provide your customers with the quality service they expect.

The Michelin dealer network of quality tyre professionals cover all the major roads, and will ensure that your fleet will receive prompt and rapid assistance, whenever you are in trouble. Only sponsored truck fleets have access to the Rapid Response program, ensuring that as a member you will receive preferential and superior service.

How much does membership cost?
Membership is free, provided you have been sponsored by your local Michelin truck and bus dealer. If you need to call on Michelin Rapid Response, there are however, various rules and charges that apply. Ask your local Michelin truck and bus dealer for details.

How will I know when I become a registered member?
It's simple. If you have been successfully registered, you will receive a Michelin Rapid Response Welcome Kit as confirmation that you are a member. If you have any further questions, call our information number on 1300 72 78 78 for Australia or 0800 174 005 for New Zealand.

How long will my membership last?
There is no limit to how long your membership will last, provided your local Michelin truck and bus dealer continues to sponsor you.

How much will the service cost me?
Thanks to our national dealer network, you will be charged your usual service rates by your local Michelin truck and bus dealer, regardless of where the incident occurs. It is recommended that you confirm these prices with your local Michelin truck and bus dealer when you join the program.

How long will it take for Michelin Rapid Response to arrive?
Our dealers are ready and waiting to assist you. Simply call the emergency toll-free number, and you will be given an estimated time of arrival. This will vary depending on where you are. However, just as our name suggests, we aim to ensure you get the most Rapid Response possible.

Will Michelin Rapid Response assist me if I have a problem with a non-Michelin tyre?
Yes. However, if the tyre that needs to be changed is not made by Michelin, it is most likely that it will be replaced by the closest product from the Michelin Group range.
