Very bad experience, Not honest people at all .damaged my car completely while fixing the wheel alignment, but did not notify me and after test drive they said it’s all good, by the time I take the car on road , I feel the steering wheel is completely out of alignment, went for the second time , they said they will fix it again and after 30 min they came back and went for another test drive and said it’s been fixed now . But when I pick up the car , it’s was worst then the 1st time . They know that they have damaged it , even the manager was talking to the guy in the corner , I noticed. They just hide it from me and let me drive away with a filthy car and charged me for the service. If they don’t know how to fix it , they could easily tell me and I would’ve gone some where else . But I will NEVER GO TO THIS PEOPLE and rate them NEGATIVE any day .

They have really looked after me. I got a full set, then someone put a nail through my side wall a few months later and they gave me a good price to replace it because of the situation. Have now moved further away from them, but happy to keep taking my car there

Tyers were ok priced but after I was home I realised a puddle of water was under my car that has never before I went back and after waiting an hour the first time to have the Tyers fitted I waited another 45 mins for them to check the leak they then said oh it's just something that's happend and is unfortunate it happens while with us and refused to accept any responsibility that's what I got from the manager I think he was but the mechanic agreed with me that it could have happened there but could not help me I am fearing it's a cracked motor block or water pump if so I will be taking legal action not happy go on for Tyers come out with another problem
