So I called for a price on tyres, I was left on hold for 10 minutes then the phone hung up, I then called back the same guy answered, I told him I called and was left on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me, he said, I'll transfer you to the office. I over heard two men laughing while one male said, she is complaining she was left on hold, the other male laughed!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BOYS DON'T THINK I'LL BE SPENDING MY Money WITH A PAIR OF CLOWNS 🤡 THAT THINK IT'S FUNNY TO BE LAUGHING WHILE THE CUSTOMER CAN HEAR YOU..

Both times here I've felt ripped off. First time: brand new tyres lasted less than 12 months and we later discovered they were two different tires meaning it couldn't pass rego. Second time: I had been quoted a price and dropped the car off and was told 45mins so my son and I went for a walk. I returned aftwr 30mins and sat out the front. When we went in to check on progress, we found the tyres had not been done as it was going to cost more then quoted. I'm not sure why someone didn't think to call the mobile number left or ask me while I waited outside rather then just wait to I enquired. After leaving I then find I was charged for 4 new tires when it was advertised buy 3 get the 4th free. I'm still waiting for a response to my inquiry to this over charge. Won't be giving them the benefit of the doubt this time.
