The main thing this business needs to do to improve is answer their phone and improve their communication around progress updates. They only answered the phone once every five times I called, which was frustrating. When I finally reached them and booked my car in they told me it wouldn’t be ready until after 4pm. That same afternoon I called to check if my Audi was ready prior to coming to pick it up and was told it had been ready since 11am. I would have preferred if they’d let me know it was ready early as I had to cancel plans to ensure I could pick it up at the time stipulated. The workmanship was good but they need to answer phone calls, communicate when your car is finished and focus a bit more on the human interactions. They are good at fixing things, so if they can improve their levels of customer care, they’ll be in good shape.
Michael and his team did a super job on my Mini, replacing the mechanism on the drivers window, re-aligning it and getting it functioning correctly for the first time. The team are very focused on making sure the job is right and you are happy.

The best place for price and service. Michael - The Great Bearded One - went to no end of effort to resolve what was a very very slow tyre leak that had evaded others. Forget the rest and use the best!
