DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not recommend the service department. Paid nearly $400 for a minor service and they didn’t even make sure the oil was topped up! Had to purchase my own oil and it took over half a litre to get back up to spec! Have been emailing and calling them for over 2 weeks to get some sort of reimbursement for the oil I have purchased out of pocket but they have been continually ignoring any efforts to resolve the issue. Very poor character from such a seemingly “Professional” motorcycle store.
Had a bit of an issue with an air filter I bought - they sorted it out no fuss. Was much appreciated. Good guys in parts.
Took in my new (to me) 2018 Honda Grom for an eye over and annual service. Absolutely stoked with the team - excellent customer service, quick turn around and they even threw on a new set of bar end mirrors I had brought in for love. Bike feels 100%, purrs like a kitten, looks mint after they washed it. I just had to share the stoke. Thanks!
I bought my scooter 1 year ago and this is the second time that it is broken down. The first time, it was impossible to contact with the mechanic, I had to wait for two months before they decided to fix the scooter (they fixed it after I wrote another bad review). This time, I have been waiting for almost two months that they decide to fix my scooter which it is still in warranty (it has two years of warranty). I have been calling every week to know what is going to happen with it and they have always given me the runaround (they never call me back although they promise). Finally, the last week, the guy of the shop with whom I use to talk said that they were going to have an answer this week. I called yesterday and the guy said that he would call me back before closing the shop. Obviously, that never happened. I have just called again and the lady who answered told me that the guy is not going to be in the shop until the next week so I have to wait for him. This is a SHAMEFUL SITUATION and I have let her know it. Do you know what has been her answer? HANG UP. In one year, my scooter has been two times broken down and that two times I have had a terrible experience with this company. I am still dealing with it. If you want to buy a new motorcycle, I ABSOLUTELY DON'T RECOMMEND BRISBANE MOTORCYCLES.
Amazing service from Sean and the maintenance crew. I needed panniers and a backrest fitted into my Diavel, three days before Easter, their busiest time. Sean left no stone unturned to get the job done, and when I couldn’t be home to collect the bike the day before Easter, Brisbane Motorcycles delivered it to my house, washed and ready for our trip. Thanks lads. Great job.!🙂👍
