The market’s best grip*

The factors that determine a motorcycle tyre’s sporty credentials include grip and manoeuvrability, as well as handling during changes of lean angle, under braking and when accelerating hard. MICHELIN came out on top in all of these areas in the MTC test*.

* According to a series of tests carried out by Motorrad Test Center in October 2016 at Boxberg et Neuhausen tracks (Germany) using a BMW S1000RR equipped with 120/70ZR17 and 190/55ZR17 tyres, comparing the new MICHELIN Power RS with the following competitor tyres: Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3, Dunlop Sportsmart 2, Continental Sportattack III, Bridgestone S21, Metzeler M7 RR.

Good street tire

C P - December 9, 2019

The Power Rs's have been a great street tire for me and others that I have recommend, the overall carcass of the tire is solid and the side grip is great for being the "standard" street tire.

Put them on my MV Agusta F3 800. Then on four other bikes

Ashe - December 9, 2019

Rode them on my mv agusta f3 800 track bike at Willow Springs. So good i bought two more sets to put on my Aprilia Rsv4 factory and my MV agusta brutale 1090rr. Michelin has created a whole new category a DOT tire that is as great on the street as it is on the track. Only tire on track that felt a bit better were racing slicks. The Power RS best tire i have ridden. Heats up quick, feels great even after just25miles of wear in. Sticks on the track better than most slicks ive used. CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!! They will be going on all 18 of my bikes that dont need vintage type tires. Just amazing. Beats pirelli Diablo rossos, q3s q4s etc ive ridden all of them. No comparison. Buy the Power RS you will never look back and you will not be disappointed.
