Unreal grip and feel. The sidewalls are strong and give good feedback. Best 27.5 2.8 size tyre I’ve had.

I would like to try these tyres. But Michelin makes two versions of this tyre, And offers no explanation. Making it impossible for me to make an informed choice between the performance or competition tyre.

Confusing

Was skeptical about using the wild am. There were no rear wild enduro tires available at the time so I gave this tire a shot. Good grip in most terrain with excellent sidewall support through corners. What I don’t like is the tightness of the tire on the rim. It is extremely hard to break the bead. You definitely aren’t getting this tire off by hand which makes trail side repairs a nightmare. Michelin please fix this

Great tire but........

In the 2.8 size, nothing feels better to ride. The side walls are strong and give good feed back. Grip is amazing and the wear has been good too. The only negative is the rolling resistance, which isn’t a problem in enduro and downhill applications. Best feeling 2.8 I’ve tried.

Great feel and grip

Great fast rolling rear tire. Only gives up when the ground gets to lose. Good grib means a bit of wear on the thread over time.

Great rear tire
