Original service was good - unannounced drop off first thing in the morning to check out a puncture repair which ended up in needing a new tyre. Since this though it has gone so far downhill it's not funny. Broke a Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensor through mishandling which I didn't mind as they said it would be replaced later that week when the sensor arrived. They said they had one of the tyres in stock which I didn't check until when I got back to work and they put a cheaper variety on (Pilot Sport 4 not a Pilot Sport Cup 2). I left it as it because I'd already driven on it. Since this - I have followed them up 4 times to get an answer on this Sensor that was meant to be 2 or 3 days away and I get the bog standard "I'll check and call back" and it NEVER happens. It's now been close to a month since this work was done and there is zero interest in getting this resolved. I guess the only way to get movement is to express my utter dissatisfaction on a public forum. Get it together guys - my initial positive impression is well and truly ruined now. And give me a call to replace the sensor you broke please.

I would like to thank Epping Bob Jane T-Mart team and specially James the manager. I had problems with my new wheels and tyres from top brands. They didn't give up until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend them as you can leave your car with a trust worthy and knowledgeable team!
