Team Building at Michelin.

As part of our annual conference in May of 2022 the team at Michelin were able to get together to take part in the Lego Masters challenge. They were required to work as a team to knock out the brief as best as they could.

In addition to a lot of laughter, there was a great amount of collaboration to build some amazing lego structures. Some enginereed to perfection, some more of a visual masterpiece.

Here at Michelin Australia we encompass this responsibility through various programs and initiatives such as Tree Planting in local communities (captured in the video), volunteer leave and partnership with various organisations including; Food Bank, The Smith Family, Movember.

This year One Michelin Group Australia gathered at Westagte Biodiversity Park for a day of tree planting. Well done to the team of  35 who planted over 1,200 native plants on the day!
