Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options clearly without any pressure. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It’s great to find a tyre shop you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing tyres or wheel services.

If you have a Tesla, please keep away from TyrePlus Glen Waverley. They hide the poor workmanship from you and deny everything when it is unearthed. I did two tyres replacement early this year along with wheel alignment. Both rear aero shield push clips (under the car) were damaged while doing wheel alignment. It was not noticed until a regular service at Tesla Oakleigh in September had picked it up. I went back to TyrePlus Glen Waverley straight after Tesla service, explaining the issue and showing photos of damaged shields to them. I advised the car had never been to any other services and repair after the wheel alignment work and there was no damage whatsoever to the undercarriage. They looked at the photos and disbelieved what I explained to them. They said it had been along time since I had done the alignment and many things could happen to the car during this period of time…Car was then inspected by one of the shop owners. Both rear aero shield push clips were observed snapped and there was no external damage whatsoever around that. The shop owner still strongly denied shied damage was resulting from their workmanship at this point in time and requested to remove both shields for further inspections. I asked the shop owner what he tried to find out from removing both shields. He said nothing at first and then went on and said he was following the procedure and trying to protect his tyre shop in case anyone like me on the street was trying to mess around the shop. I had refused the request from shop owner to remove the shields cause up to this point he still thought I was lying and tried to mess around with them even though evidence was there in front of their eyes. I will not visit TyrePlus Glen Waverley anymore since the business is not running under common decency.

Fantastic service from the team at Tyreplus Glen Waverley. I didn’t have an appointment and only had about an hour before I needed to get to a meeting. Even though they were clearly busy, they still made the time to fit me in. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very understanding of my situation. I’d already been turned away by other places that day, so this level of service really stood out. Highly recommend.

My tyre went completely flat and luckily I was close to Tyre Plus because by the time I got there the tyre was shredded. Alfonso organised new tyres straight away and had them changed and ready to go within an hour and even made me coffee while I waited. I really appreciate the fantastic service I received especially as I thought this was going to be a disaster and to have everything sorted so easily was amazing.

Yesterday while on the Monash Freeway, on the way to the beach with family, an alert came on my car indicating that the right rear tyre pressure went suddenly low. I pulled off at ferntree gully road exit and drove state to TyrePlus. They were really busy but still made time to check my tyres out and get my car back up and running so I could continue my planned family day trip. Thank you so much to the team for looking after me 🙏🏼.
