MICHELIN Pilot Sport 5 TYRE REVIEW

Replacement for an original Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyre on front of car (damaged when I ran over a small stone sett in the road). At 20,000 miles this tyre had worn extremely well (long lifespan) good for another for 20k +. Very good grip in all weathers on a mixture of A roads - to - country roads which can have mud and areas of standing water. They suit the car well - excellent braking, cornering and steering response. Good ride comfort (given cars sports suspension) and low noise levels. Would recommend them for DS3 hatchbacks.

Went to a 205 wide pilot sport 5 on my 2020 Swift Sport over factory 195 continentals. Better comfort, more grip both in dry/wet, lower road noise and has corrected Speedo to be more accurate.

these tyres are great for uk weather. semi hard side wall but still soft enough for everyday driving.

Car feels well planted and give confidence.
