Pilot Road 6
I have a Kawasaki Concours 14. I have been using the Road 6 since last year.. I am on my third set of tires. Good tires but the life span is very short I average 4000 miles per set. They are pricey and I was expected them to last longer. I am missing something? I maintain a 42PSI as recommended. I do not abuse my bike or the tires. I am planning to use Pirelli or Metzeler in the future
Stick like glue to the road
Great set of tyres that stick to the road like glue giving you confidence to push on. Not tried them in the wet but given their dry road performance I'm pretty convinced they'll be as good in the wet
BMWMOA Rally and the Michelin Booth
I recently attended my first BMW MOA rally and I stopped by the Michelin tire booth to let everyone know my wonderful experience I have had with the new Road 6 tires. I switched from the Road 5 last September to the Road 6 on my 2016 BMW R1200GSA with 101k miles at the time. I just replaced the rear Road 6 with 15k on it and about to do the front with 16k in it. It took some getting used to at first but I love how these tires handle all aspects of my riding style. ( Commuter, Long Distance and all types of weather). To get 15k out of a rear tire makes me happy. I noticed a difference in the fell versus the 5's and 4's previously used on my bike. Uneasy at first but now that I know what to expect I am enjoying these tires tremendously. I feel that they have a harder center which at first I was uneasy going into corners during my commute but I feel that this is what has made the lasting mileage increase. From starting on Anakee 3 as OEM tires to switching to the 4, 5 and now 6 I have enjoyed sticking with Michelin tires for my bike. Keep up the good work Michelin.

Best Tires….Ever!
I’ve owned several versions of Michelin Motorcycle Tires including Road 2, 4, 5 Trail and now Road 6. These are by far the best all around Motorcycle Tires I’ve ever owned! They’re quiet, great on the street and the occasional gravel trail. During a recent rain event they felt very confident an sure footed even in the curves of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains.
Great performance and longevity =Value!
These tires prove that Michelin doesn’t just stick with what works, they always strive to make their product better! The Road 4? Great tire! The Road 5? Even better! The Road 6? Better yet! Home run after home run!
Love these tires
Bought these tires as a replacement for my 2022 Ducati Multistrada V4s which came from the factory with pirelli scorpion trail 2 tires. I have kept the OEM tires on my last multitrada and have about 40,000 mi of use on them. As soon as I switch to the new road 6 I immediately felt and increase in performance and handling, acceleration and braking felt sharper, cornering felt more stable, all around on road these tires have been phenomenal. They have a slight drawback compared to the scorpion trail 2 with loose terrain but they are not meant to be dual sport tires. Overall tread life isn't a extreme as I would have liked, getting about 8-10,000 mi out of a rear which has been typical for sports touring tires for this bike. For an overall sports touring tire, these are hard to beat.

Michelin Road 6 on a 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000ABS
I replaced both the front and rear tyres at the same time, I have nearly 8662kms on them the rear will need replacing but the front has still got plenty of life left in it. Rear center tread depth 1.8mm and front 3.2mm the sides are scrubbedout pretty much
Review from Older Novice
I have not reviewed anything before, but here goes. The Road 6 tire is head over heels better than the Road 5. Having used both, the feel of the road, traction and confidence they give a rider is unmeasurable. I've ridden for 40 plus years and would recommend this tire exclusively.

Great all-rounder!
I'm on my third set in 28k miles Had Road 4s previously. Road 6s give excellent grip in dry or wet, providing full confidence! 10k from front, 9k from rear. Will continue to use these tyres!
Amazing tyres
Just replaced the rear tyre on 2019 Yamaha MT07 HO. The tyre has done just over 30,000kms ! Bloody amazing. This bike is used in our motorcycle training business & so gets worked pretty hard. Lots of emergency braking, & lots of roundabouts, so this mileage really is brilliant. The best thing though are these tyres are brilliant wet or dry though too. wouldn't use anything else.
